Sustain Procurement is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals and the confidentiality of client information entrusted to us. This statement explains how we collect, use, store and protect information in the course of our independent advisory work.

Information we collect

We collect only the information reasonably necessary to deliver our services. This may include contact details, engagement correspondence, procurement documentation, and any commercial information a client chooses to share with us.

How we use information

Client information is used solely to deliver the engagement for which it was provided. It is not sold, shared with third parties, used for marketing, or applied to any other engagement without express written permission.

Client confidentiality

Client identities, engagement scope, procurement documentation, commercial information and any project-specific materials remain strictly confidential. Sustain Procurement does not disclose client relationships, name clients publicly, or reference specific engagements in marketing, insights or case studies unless express written permission has been granted.

Where engagement examples are used to illustrate our experience, they are anonymised so that neither the client nor the project can be identified.

Storage and security

Information is stored securely using appropriate technical and organisational controls. Access is restricted to those directly involved in delivering the engagement.

Retention

Engagement records are retained only for as long as required to meet professional, legal and regulatory obligations, and are then securely destroyed.

Website

The Sustain Procurement website does not require account creation and does not collect personal information beyond what visitors voluntarily submit through the contact page. Enquiries are used only to respond to the individual who made them.

Your rights

Individuals may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information Sustain Procurement holds about them, subject to applicable Australian privacy law.
