Ellie Davies is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Sustain Procurement, an independent procurement advisory practice based in Melbourne.
With 15+ years of procurement experience across logistics, healthcare, utilities and the Victorian public sector, Ellie brings practical expertise across strategic sourcing, ICT and technology procurement, contract management, governance and sustainable procurement.
Having worked across both supplier and procurement environments, she understands procurement from multiple perspectives. Her approach is practical, commercially grounded and focused on making complex decisions clearer, more defensible and easier to implement.
